Today is the first day after a long 8 day bout of editing and I’ve had enough. It was a great pleasure to sit outside to look over the miniature grass clad valley, as the wind rippled through the bodies of blades. The fascination that I experience was totally immersive, simple and enjoyable. I felt a great sense of satisfaction when in the presence of nature. That is exactly the contrast I craved and now been a’pleased. It can become quite a heavy task when staring at the RGBs for a long period. It is sometime hard to distinguish reality from the digital.
Mental Health is important and I urge all you beings out there to take a break from the action and get involved with the simple, naturalistic things on offer.
